Starting an enquiry

What to share and how the commercial conversation works.

01

How should I start an enquiry?

Share the product or service required, intended use, specification or reference, quantity, packing, destination and preferred timing. INI will review the brief and identify any technical or commercial details still needed.

02

Which enquiry route should I use?

Use Request a Quotation when you have a defined requirement. Use General Enquiry for introductions or early category questions. Smart Chat, email, telephone and WhatsApp are also available for direct contact.

03

What happens after I submit a Wix form?

The submission is recorded through Wix Forms for the INI team to review. A representative can then clarify the requirement and continue the discussion using the contact details you provide.

04

Should I include confidential formulas or payment information?

No. Send only the information needed to identify and qualify the business requirement. Do not submit confidential formulas, passwords, card details or other sensitive payment information through the enquiry forms or chat.

02

Products & qualification

How catalogue information, availability and suitability are handled.

01

Does every catalogue item remain in stock?

No blanket stock claim is made. Availability depends on the exact product, grade, colour reference, quantity, packing and timing. Enquire for current availability.

02

Do catalogue descriptions guarantee technical suitability?

No. Catalogue descriptions provide general orientation, not a universal specification or application approval. The buyer should confirm suitability through the relevant specification, process review, trials and approvals.

03

Can INI work from a dye name, code or physical reference?

Yes, a colour-sourcing discussion can begin from a recognised product identity, Colour Index reference, shade name, code or physical reference. Final approval should be based on the buyer’s substrate, process, tests and accepted specification.

04

What should I provide for a chemical requirement?

Provide the exact chemical identity, grade or concentration, intended application, required quantity, packing, destination and any document requirements. Safety and compatibility decisions remain product- and application-specific.

05

Can supporting product documents be reviewed?

Yes. Applicable specifications, safety information and relevant product or lot documents can be discussed for the selected requirement. The exact document set is confirmed rather than assumed from a general catalogue description.

03

Divisional capabilities

Grounded answers across the seven operating divisions.

01

What are INI Manufacturing’s seven operating divisions?

INI operates across Sea Cargo & Logistics; Dyes, Food Colours & Auxiliaries; Rock Salt; Industrial Chemicals & Materials; Coconut Oil; Palm Oil & Derivatives; and Towels & Bath Linen.

02

Can INI arrange logistics beyond sea freight?

03

What information is useful for a sea-cargo quotation?

Share the cargo description, packing, weight and dimensions, volume, load and discharge points, target timing, handling needs and the movement stages you want INI to coordinate.

04

Which markets does the rock-salt division serve?

INI serves rock-salt requirements in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. Bulk, retail-packed and planned supply discussions are supported by 24 years of hands-on divisional experience.

05

Does the 24-year experience statement apply to every division?

The 24-year experience statement applies specifically to INI’s rock-salt activity. The website does not extend that statement to other divisions.

06

Are INI food colours halal-certified?

Yes. Food colours supplied by INI are halal-certified. Certificate and lot documentation can be reviewed for the specific enquiry; no certifier or certificate detail is implied until the applicable documents are provided.

07

What coconut-oil packaging can be discussed?

INI coordinates compatible plastic packaging from 1-litre bottles through 200 kg drums. The final configuration is confirmed against the selected oil, quantity, handling and destination needs.

08

What towel programmes can INI discuss?

The towel portfolio covers household, hotel, institutional, spa, gym, wudhu, pool, resort, baby, kitchen and utility formats, plus custom and private-label programmes. Dimensions, GSM, construction, colour, finish, testing and packing are confirmed against the selected product and buyer-approved sample.

09

What should I include in a palm-product enquiry?

Identify the palm, palm-kernel or oleochemical product required, together with grade, intended use, quantity, packing, destination, timing and supporting-document requirements.

04

Commercial & compliance

Clear boundaries for terms, documentation and market requirements.

01

When are pricing and commercial terms confirmed?

Pricing and terms are confirmed for a defined requirement after the relevant product or service scope, quantity, packing, destination, availability and documentation needs have been reviewed.

02

Are samples always available?

Sample feasibility depends on the specific product and programme. Ask during the enquiry and the team will confirm what can be arranged for that requirement.

03

Who is responsible for application and destination requirements?

INI can review the information available for a defined requirement, while the buyer remains responsible for its formulation, application, testing, approvals and the rules that apply at the destination.

04

How can I continue a conversation after the first message?

Use the reply route provided by the INI representative, or continue through Wix Smart Chat and Inbox, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Referencing the same product, service or project details helps keep the conversation aligned.
